2 lbs Frozen cubed Ore-Ida hash browns
1 cup diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
16 oz. sour cream
1 stick of melted butter
12 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw the hash brown potato's. Combine all other ingredients with potatoes in a rectangular baking dish, mixing well. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Serve with favorite meat or chicken dish.

This is a very easy and delicious dish. Growing up, Joe, John and Laurie too, would eat it right up! Great to bring for pot-luck as well. Enjoy!
