1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 tbs brown sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Assorted graham crackers and/or butter cookies.

Directions:

Mix together cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Add sugars, stir in chips. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Shape into a ball. Chill for 1 hour. Roll in chopped pecans. Serve with assorted graham crackers and cookies. Also great w/pretzels.
