1 cup milk
3 T cornstarch
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oleo
1/2 cup Crisco
1 t vanilla
1/2 cup malted milk powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook milk, cornstarch and cocoa, stirring until it boils, then cool to lukewarm. Cream sugar, oleo and Crisco. Pour milk mixture over creamed mixture and beat vigorously until smooth. Add vanilla and malted powder; the longer beaten, the lighter in color it gets. Frost chocolate cupcakes with this icing (be very generous). Refrigerate until served.
