1/2 cup Crisco (or other shortening)
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 cup sour milk (add a little vinegar to sour it)
2 cups rhubarb, cut fine

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and brown sugar. Add eggs. Add flour, soda, and milk. Pour into a 9" x 12" cake pan. Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 t cinnamon. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
