2 cups light brown sugar, melted
2 cups boiling water
1 cup white sugar
Scant 1/2 cup flour (about 1/4 cup)
2 eggs, beaten
1 pint milk
Vanilla
1 quart cream

Directions:
Directions:
Add water to brown sugar. Stir until smooth. Mix sugar and flour and add to mixture. Add eggs. Heat milk, add sugar mixture. Cook until thick. Add caramel, cool, strain. Add vanilla and 1 quart cream. Freeze.
