1 pkg tri-colored twisted pasta, cooked
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
Several carrots, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
3 or 4 stalks celery, chopped

2 cups Mayo
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Pour dressing over mixed salad ingredients.
