1 yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges /w juice
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil

Frosting:
8 oz. Cool Whip
Large can crushed pineapple /w juice
1 box instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool completely and frost. Refrigerate until served.
