1 head romaine lettuce 1 head iceberg lettuce 1 10-oz can hearts of palm sliced 1 14 1/2 oz can artichoke hearts 1 4-oz can diced pimentos drained 1 red onion thinly slices 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. olive oil 1/3 c. red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp sugar
Mix olive oil, vinegar and sugar for dressing. Mix salad ingredients and pour dressing over. Toss. OR fix individual plates.
