2 c. chicken or turkey cooked and diced
2 c. celery diced
1/2 c. green pepper chopped
2 Tbsp. pimento chopped
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. slivered almonds
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
2 1/2 c. chow mein noodles
1/2 c. cubed cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except noodles and half the cheese. Add noodles; mix lightly. Place in a casserole, sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 350 about 40 minutes or until bubbly.
