1 c. soft oleo/butter
2 c. + 1 Tbsp sifted flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Combine butter, 2 c. flour, powdered sugar. Blend. Pat evenly in 13x9 pan. Bake 15 minutes. Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, lemon juice, 1 Tbsp flour, baking powder and pecans. Stir til well mixed. Pour over baked crust. Bake 40-50 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Cut into 1 1/2"x1 1/2" squares when cool. "RICH!"
