1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. butter, melted

1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cups sour cream
3 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp vanilla
6 eggs
3 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese
1/8 tsp salt (optional)

Top with pie filling of your choice.

Preheat to 325. Mix crumbs, sugar, butter and press into
9 x13 baking pan. Bake 10-15 minutes. Cool.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla, and salt (if desired), until well blended. Add sour cream. Mix well. Add eggs one at a time and mix on low speed just until blended. Pour over crust. Bake 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool at least 4 hours. Top with pie filling.
