3 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 1st 4 ingredients until lemony color. Fold in whipping cream. Use pasteurized eggs if you're worried about salmonella.
