2 c. brown sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. pumpkin
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, beat together sugar, pumpkin, oil, and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to moist mixture & stir until smooth. Blend in raisins and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto oiled baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Makes 7 dozen.
