1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 pkg. chicken noodle soup mix
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain well. Add vegetables and saute until tender; cover and set aside.
Combine soup mix with boiling water in saucepan. Stir in rice, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add to sausage mixture along with salt. Pour into greased baking dish, and drizzle with melted butter. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 375.
