1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except sugar and cinnamon, in order given, adding flour slowly while mixing, then chill the dough. Form into marble size balls. Roll in a mixture of 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Bake at 325 for 10 - 12 minutes.
