1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. pumpkin
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 nuts
1 c. chocolate and/or butterscotch pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, beat in egg, pumpkin and vanilla. In another bowl, mix together dry ingrediants. Gradually add dry ingrediants to creamed mixture and beat. Fold in nuts and chocolate/butterscotch pieces. Drop tablespoon fulls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
