4 oz. fresh pea pods, remove tips and strings
2 small onions, each cut into 8 wedges
1 medium red pepper, cut into strips
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. fresh grated ginger

Directions:

In saucepan, melt butter until sizzling. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisply tender.
