3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 c. blanched slivered almonds
6 oz. package chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingrediants except pecans and chocolate chips in a large saucepan. Cook on medium heat until mixture changes to a deep caramel color. Pour immediately on to a buttered cookie sheet and spread as thin as possible. Place chocolate chips on top and spread over the carmelized mixture as the chocolate chips melt. Sprinkle pecans over the top and press in while the chocolate is still warm. Refrigerate. Break into pieces before serving.
