3# ground chuck
1 Tbsp minced onion
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 cup catsup
2 slices bread with crust removed
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Break up 2 slices bread and soak in milk
Add ground chuck
Add onion, salt and pepper
Stir in catsup

Mix all together and put in loaf pan

Bake @ 375 for 75-90 minutes
