4 oz diced green chiles drained
(may substitute fresh roasted & pealed 6 Anaheim peppers)
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese- grated
4 eggs seperated
2/3 c. canned milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheeses and chiles. Put in buttered casserole 12x8x2 inches. Beat egg whites until stiff. Blend egg yolks, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Add egg whites. pour over cheeses using fork to ooze it through. Bake 60 min or until knife comes clean in a 350 oven. Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking.
