2 Cups Fresh Strawberries, Rinsed, Drained, and Chopped
2 Cups Fresh Blackberries, Rinsed and Drained
2 Cups Blueberries, Rinsed and Drained
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Fresh Raspberries, Rinsed and Drained

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place the strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and sugar in a shallow 12- inch baking dish. Stir the berries to combine them. Place the dish in the oven and bake until the fruit is soft and the juices begin to run, 10 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven and stir in the raspberries. Taste the compote and add more sugar if needed. Serve the compote warm, or let it cool and then serve.
