8 boiled medium new potatoes in their jackets
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp horseradish
1 tsp celery seed
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 c. chopped parsley
1 2-oz can frozen chives

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut in 1/8" slices. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, celery seed and salt. Combine parsley and chives. In large bowl layer potatoes and lightly salt. Then a layer of mayonnaise mixture and a layer of parsley and chives. Keep layering ending with parsley.
