4 medium onions, peeled
4 pats of butter
4 beef bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and peel the onions, then cut off the top and hollow out a hole in the top to hold a bouillon cube. Wrap the onion in foil, but before closing the top, add a pat of butter on top of the cube. Place the wrapped onions on the grill. Allow for about 25 minutes to cook indirectly. You may need to adjust your cooking time depending on how hot your grill gets.
