1 c. red wine 1 stick butter 2 Tbsp garlic powder or garlic salt 1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce 1 Tbsp Adolph's meat tenderizer or MSG 1 lb bacon
Mix 1st 5 ingredients for marinade. Cut the duck or venison into strips. Marinate for 45 minutes or longer. Lay a strip of meat on a strip of bacon and roll up like a jelly roll. Secure with toothpicks. Grill outside about 10-14 minutes per side or until done. Can also be cooked in your broiler. Enjoy.
