1 24 oz. package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes - thawed
1/3 cup butter - melted
1 cup hot pepper cheese - shredded
1/2 cup Swiss cheese - shredded
1/2 cup cheddar cheese - shredded
1 cup cooked ham or bacon - diced
1/2 cup milk (or cream)
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease quiche pan with butter. Press thawed potatoes into pan. Brush potato crust with melted butter. Bake crust @ 425 for 25 minutes.

Remove crust from oven and fill with layers of the three cheeses and ham or bacon. Beat milk, eggs and seasoned salt together. Pour egg mixture over cheese and ham or bacon.

Reduce heat to 350 and bake quiche until knife inserted near edges comes out clean. Approximately 30 minutes.
