1 pound ground beef
1 small onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 jar sauerkraut (11 oz) - drained
2 cups egg noodles
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
1/2 cup Colby cheese - shredded

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain.

1. Layer half of the beef mixture
2. Cover with the sauerkraut
3. Then top with the remaining beef mixture
4. Put cooked egg noodles on top
5. Spread soups over the noodles
6. Sprinkle with shredded cheese

Bake @ 350 covered for 30 minutes
