1 3-4 lb. chicken, boiled, boned and shredded
1/2 cup green chilies, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
6 large flour tortillas
Shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
cooking oil
salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, chili, tomatoes and onion, mix well. Divide mixture into 6 portions and place one on each tortilla. Top with desired about of cheese. Roll and secure with toothpicks. Deep fry to golden brown. Top with salsa or sauce of choice.
