1 1/3 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tap. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
1 egg - beaten
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. blueberries - fresh or frozen

Directions:

Heat oven to 425

Combine dry ingredients, add milk, egg, & oil; Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 1 dozen muffins.
