8 oz. fresh fettucine
4 T. butter
1 pint whipping cream
2 T. Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
2 T. grated Romano cheese
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add fettucine and boil 3 minutes. Drain well. Combine butter and remaining 4 ingredients in a separate saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until mixture thickens. Add fettucine and heat thoroughly. Top with Parmesan Cheese and serve immediately.
