2 1/2 lb. grated cabbage
1 carrot, grated
1/2 medium onion, chopped
Dressing:
1/2 c. oil
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
12 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar (minus 2 tbsp.)

Directions:

Mix the dressing ingredients until smooth. Pour over the cabbage, carrot, and onion. Mix well!

I have used packaged cole slaw mix and substituted Splenda for sugar.
