6-8 large potatoes, peeled and diced
celery salt
Seasoning salt
2-3 fresh cloves of garlic, pressed
1 5 ounce can of evaporated milk
2 cups of sour cream
cup of butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in a large buttered dish with generous shakings of both salts. Stir to distribute. Mix garlic, milk, sour cream and butter and pour over potatoes. If necessary, cover with more evaporated milk.

Bake 275 for 2 - 3 hours or for 3 hours with a roast.
