2 pounds small red potatoes, cut, not peeled
1 tsp salt
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, cubed
1 cup buttermilk
1 bunch of green onions, chopped (I used two tbsp of sauted onions)
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried terragon
tsp pepper
3 tbsp dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to boil with the salt and potatoes. Reduce heat and simmer potatoes for 15-20 minutes til tender.

In another pan, combine cream cheese and buttermilk and cook over medium heat until melted and smooth. Remove and add onions, thyme, tarragon and pepper. Drain potatoes and put in serving bowl (I salted them and added some butter). Add cream sauce, toss to coat and sprinkle with parsley.
