2 eggs
4 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with a strong spoon, batter very stiff at first. Bake in 9x13" greased and floured pan at 350 for 45-55 minutes. Also good served warm with whipped cream.
