1 pound Sausage
1 large onions sliced lengthwise
4 cups slices carrots
2 cups sliced celery
1 green pepper
2 large can tomatoes
1/4 cup parsley
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
2 tsp salt
2 cups sliced mushrooms (add last if canned)
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. sugar
2 cubes beef bouillon
2 cups water
1 Cup macaroni (add last)
1 can garbanzo beans (add last)
1 can green beans (add last)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Pour 1 quart boiling water over top of sausage. Add garlic powder (1 tsp), carrots, celery, green pepper, tomatoes, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, sliced mushrooms, tomato sauce, and sugar. Dissolve beef bouillon (or 2 tsp) in 2 cups water and add to pot. Add uncooked macaroni last.
Mix all ingredients in large stock pot and simmer 2 hours. Add 1/2 hour before serving: 1 can garbanzo beans and 1 can green beans ( and mushrooms if from a can)
