1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. water 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 2 Tbsp. vegetabgle oil 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp. crushed garlic 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
Mix ingredients together and pour over fresh or fully thawed meat (venison, elk, pork, chicken, grouse, waterfowl or doves) and marinate overnight. Drain and cook on grill, basting occasionally with marinade.
