2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chiles
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. Pioneer baking mix
1 qt milk

Directions:
Directions:
Butter baking dish. Put peppers in bottom of dish. Cover with cheese. Beat eggs. Add baking mix and milk. Pour into dish over peppers. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
