4 bunches green onions chopped fine 2 bunches celery chopped fine 2 sticks butter 4 pints oysters 1 1/2 boxes cracker meal Worchestershire sauce Tabasco
Saute onions and celery in butter until soft. Drain oysters thoroughly and chop fine. Add to sauted vegetables. Add seasonings and cracker meal until gooey. Cook over low heat a few minutes. Serve in hot tart shells or with melba toast. Secret is LOTS of Lea & Perrins.
