4 bunches green onions chopped fine
2 bunches celery chopped fine
2 sticks butter
4 pints oysters
1 1/2 boxes cracker meal
Worchestershire sauce
Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in butter until soft. Drain oysters thoroughly and chop fine. Add to sauted vegetables. Add seasonings and cracker meal until gooey. Cook over low heat a few minutes. Serve in hot tart shells or with melba toast. Secret is LOTS of Lea & Perrins.
