1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. water
1 lb lump crabmeat
4 slices white bread
1 small green pepper cut fine
1 onion cut fine
2 stalks celery cut fine
2 sticks oleo
1 Tbsp Worchestershire
1 whole egg
1/4 c. grated shart cheese
Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread in 1/2 cup water. Beat egg and mix with bread, mashing bread well. Cook celery, onion, green pepper and parsley chopped fine in oleo. Mix crabmeat with mayonnaise and seasonings. Mix with bread mix and cheese. Put all in casserole. Bread crumbs and butter on top. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
