3 c. All Bran cereal (not flakes)
1 c. golden raisins
1 c. boiling water

B.
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

C.
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 c. Buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

1. In a medium bowl, mix ingredients in "A" and set aside to cool.

2. In a larger bowl, mix ingredients in "B" and make a depression in center for "C."

3. In medium bowl, beat 2 eggs and add the rest of "C" and mix well. Next, pour into "B" and then dump in "A."

Fold it all together just until all the flour is moistened.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
