1 lb. chicken livers
4 tbsp. onion, grated
1 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. salt
Pinch cayenne
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Drop chicken livers into just enough boiling water to cover and simmer. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain well. Put through food chopper 3 times. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Store for 12 hours in refrigerator.
