6 boneless chicken thighs
2 cans condensed cream of celery soup
salt and pepper
dumplings

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot over high heat combine chicken with water and cover. Boil 15-20 minutes.

Drain water- leave 3 cups in pot.
Remove chicken and pull- return to pot

Reduce heat to medium.
Add cans of condensed soup.
Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer 10 minutes.

Add dumplings and cover. Simmer for 40 minutes.
