2 cups broccoli, chopped into
1/2 cup raisins or Craisins
bite size pieces

2 cups cauliflower, chopped into
Dressing:
bite size pieces
2 tablespoons apple cider or
8 slices bacon, sliced, fried,
seasoned rice vinegar
and drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup purple onion, chopped
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salad ingredients, mix dressing and pour over salad. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving if time permits.

Optional: 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, or cashews
