10 Tbsp flour
12 Tbsp butter
2 cans sliced mushrooms
4 cups liquid - cold milk, mushroom juice and 1/2 cup sherry
2 Tbsp grated onion
1 tsp sweet basil
2 Tbsp or more parsley
1/4 tsp cayenne
3 tsp Accent
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb American cheese grated
Dash Tabasco
3 lb cooked seafood

Make cream sauce. Add cheese, seasonings and seafood. Serve on rice or in pastry shells.
