1 lb hot sausage
1 bell pepper chopped
1 med onion chopped
2/3 lb cheddar cheese grated
1 loaf frozen yeast bread

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw bread according to instructions. Cook sausage, pepper and onion together until sausage is browned. Drain off fat.

Roll bread out on floured surface fairly thin. Put sausage in middle and sprinkle cheese on top. Tuck in ends and pinch sides together. Bake seam side down at 400 until bread is browned nicely, 15-20 minutes. Let cool and slice. Can be frozen. Pop in microwave to reheat.
