1 14.5-oz can whole tomatoes
1 14.5-oz can stewed tomatoes
1 10-oz can regular Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chiles
2 Tbsp salsa verde
1 Tbsp (or more) garlic salt
fresh cilanto
fresh jalapeno pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop jalapeno and put in blender with a little juice from the tomatos. Blend well. Add everything except cilantro. Pulse a little if you like it chunky or a lot if you like it runny. Stir in chopped cilantro and serve. Gets hotter next day. Leave out the jalapeno if you don't like the heat. Can also buy Mexican recipe stewed tomatoes for a little more heat.

Can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. If spicier flavor is desired, Mexican flavored stewed and Ro-Tel tomatoes can be sued. If milder flavor is needed, omit jalapenos.
