5 whole chicken breasts cut in half (boned if you wish)
salt, pepper, garlic salt
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 pt sour cream
3/4 c. sauterne wine
2 Tbsp flour
1 can mushrooms (drained)
1 can artichoke hearts (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Place skin side up in shallow baking pan. In separate bowl combine rest of ingredients. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve with white and wild rice mix.
