1 lb. potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 head roasted garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the potatoes. Cook until tender, about 20 - 40 minutes. Drain the potatoes while they are hot, place potatoes in the bowl of a mixer or large bowl. Beat in the butter and milk, salt and pepper until the potatoes are the consistency you prefer. Squeeze the meat out of each garlic clove and beat into the potatoes.
