1 (8oz) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 .5 oz. dried beef, shredded
cup finely chopped green pepper
cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 medium onion, finely chopped
tsp. black pepper
cup sour cream
cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese well with dried beef, green and red peppers, onion, and black pepper. Fold in sour cream. Spoon into casserole dish. Top with pecans. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers. Serves 8-10.
