1 cups flour
1 cup sugar
cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
tsp salt
1 cup water
cup plus 2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese (softened)
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine:
1 cups flour
1 cup sugar
cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
tsp salt

In a separate container, mix:
1 cup water
cup plus 2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.

Filling:
1 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese (softened)
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
Beat until smooth; then stir in 6 oz. of chocolate chips

Drop 1 tbsp of filling into each cupcake. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
