6 oz. White Chocolate, Coarsely Chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz) Cream Cheese, at room temp
4 TBSP. (1/2 stick) Butter, at room temp
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar, Sifted

Directions:
Directions:
Place the white chocolate in a small saucepan and melt over low heat, 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat and let the cohcolate cool. Place the cream cheese and butter in a large mixing bowl. Beat with mixer on low speed until well combined, 30 seconds. Stop teh mixer. Add the melted white chocolate and blend on low speed for 30 seconds. Add teh vanilla and the powdered sugar and blend on low speed for 30 seconds more. Increase the mixer speed to medium and beat until the frosting is fluffy, 1 minute more.
